Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to your information when you use oh-yass.com. OH-Yass is an intuitive coaching practice run by Roxy, based in Barcelona, Spain. If you have a question or want to make a request about your data, email me at hello.ohyass@gmail.com.

When you join the waitlist: your first name, your email address, your consent to join, and a note of where you signed up.

When you book a session: your name, your email, the time you book, your time zone, and anything you choose to share when you book. Payment for a session is handled by my booking and payment provider. I do not see or store your card details.

When you visit the site: standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type, collected by my hosting provider to keep the site secure and working.

The waitlist: so I can email you when coaching opens. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Bookings: so I can arrange and deliver the session you have booked. The legal basis is our agreement to provide that service.

Technical data: so the site stays secure and runs properly. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in a working website.

To run OH-Yass I use a small number of trusted providers, who process your data on my behalf:

• Airtable, which stores the waitlist.
• Google (Gmail), which sends your confirmation email.
• Vercel, which hosts the site.
• TidyCal, which manages bookings, along with its payment provider for the session fee.
• N8N, which moves your information between the form and these tools.

I never sell your information, and I never share it for anyone else's advertising.

Some of these providers are based outside the EU, including in the United States. Where that happens, they operate under recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

I keep waitlist details until you ask me to remove them, or until the list is no longer in use. I keep booking and client records for as long as I need them to provide the service and to meet legal and tax requirements, then I remove them.

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies it sets are the essential ones needed for the site and booking to work. If that changes, I will update this policy first.

Under data protection law you can ask me to:

• show you the information I hold about you,
• correct anything that is wrong,
• delete your information,
• stop or limit how I use it,
• send your information to you or another provider,
• withdraw your consent at any time.

To do any of these, email me at hello.ohyass@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Spain that is the AEPD (aepd.es). In the UK it is the ICO (ico.org.uk).

If I change how I handle your information, I will update this page and the date at the top.
